Valerie Marie (Eaton) Marck, passed away on June 24, 2018. She was born to Ruthy and Alfred Eaton on December 21, 1942.
Valerie attended Victor High School then Blair Business College.  Most of her working career was spent in the electronic assembly field, where she had the opportunity to work on components for the Space Shuttle.
Valerie loved to ride motorcycles, crochet, and garden.  She tried her hand at homesteading, spent time as a semi driver, was a balloon chaser and a body builder. She learned to fly a Cessna airplane, rode a snowmobile in Alaska and even went caribou hunting and fishing there too.
Valerie gave many shelter when they had none, she gave kindness when many needed it.  She was a rare person, with a true heart of gold.
She is survived by her children Judith Prothero (Gregory) of Wasilla, Alaska, William Snare of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Pilar Lovato (Christopher) of Joplin, Missouri, her sister Sherae Zajicek of Texas, many grandchildren and great grandchildren and last but not least her loving pets Otto, Jose and Indy.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00p.m. on July 2nd at Alternative Cremation and Funeral Service, 2377 N. Academy Boulevard in Colorado Springs. A small reception will follow. Private inurnment will follow at a later date.
