Virginia Gail Carter

January 7 1941 – February 10 2025

Virginia Gail Carter was born January 7, 1941 in Miamisburg, Ohio to Clarence

and Elizabeth Miley. Virginia passed peacefully February 10, 2025 surrounded by

family. She enjoyed cooking, was a fond lover of animals and she loved bright

colors especially red. Virginia wasn’t your typical grandmother however, she

would sit and watch horror movies and eat spicy foods with you with more hot

sauce on top. When she wasn’t watching her favorite true crime shows she was

ordering her favorite cow decorations off QVC. Virginia was preceded in death by

her husband of 63 years Charles R. Carter, her sons Micheal Carter, Daniel Carter,

her Daughter in-law Candi Carter and Grandson Daniel Carter II. Virginia was

survived by her son Charles Randall Carter II, and her daughter Barbara L.

(Randall) Cates, proudly loved 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and her

long time best friend Joy Kochen. She was a beautiful and loving woman with a

kind spirit and she will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
