Jill Margaret Casperson was born September 30th 1958. Jill passed away unexpectedly in her home of natural causes on the afternoon of June 27th 2026.
Jill was born in Owatonna Minnesota to Kenneth Casperson and Mavis Miller. She graduated from Owatonna high school in 1977. Jill was extremely proud to be from Minnesota and always used her strongest accent to tell everyone she met! Jill was a long-time resident of Colorado Springs CO where she worked as a seamstress for many years. She could fix and create just about anything. Jill seemed like she was a simple woman and in most ways she was. But to the people who knew her, she was so much more than that! She was kind, warm, and squishy! She was always up for a good time whether it was a grandkids birthday party, karaoke at the bar, or in the kitchen, or just lounging around with her favorite people. Jill absolutely loved her children and grandchildren and was a proud Nanny (Nan)! Jill left everyone she met with an impression of love and usually a (squishy) hug. She related to everyone and cared deeply for people. Jill loved to collect angels because of her true belief in them. Let us all find comfort in knowing that she is now an angel to watch over all she loved. She was happy at the end of her life with her love Eric Windell and all their fur and shelled children.
Jill is survived by her daughters Nina Garrett, Amber Garrett, Sarah Bean, and Elizabeth Ranals. Her sisters Robin, Sunny, Amy, and her brother K.C. She had many grandchildren and great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews and will be deeply missed.
A celebration of life will be held at Classy Celebrationz at 3914 Maizleand Rd in Colorado Springs CO 80909 on Wednesday the 22nd at 5 o’clock pm.
