Brian Michael Harano was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado on April 21, 1987, to Jean and Marcia. He was the youngest of two, until he was 5 years old, when Jean remarried, adding three more siblings to his family.  Brian lived in the Springs for his entire life.  He attended and graduated from Pine Creek High School in 2005 and went on to attend Colorado Technical University, graduating in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science.   He worked for Progressive Insurance Company as an IT Applications Programmer Sr. from 2016 until his sudden passing on April 3, 2024.

Brian married Alison 2009, and they shared two children, Kalin and Henna.  Besides his children, Brian had a grand passion for playing pool and fishing. His smile would light up a room, and he had a laugh you wouldn’t soon forget.   We pray he has found peace.

He is survived by his children, Kalin and Henna. He is deeply missed by all his parents; his father, Jean, and his wife, Deb, and his mother, Marcia, and her husband, Scott.  He is also survived and sorely missed by his siblings, Nick, Chris, Briana, and Alicia.  He also left his ex-wife, Alison, and his girlfriend, Gabby.

A Celebration of Life will be scheduled in the near future.

Brian had a sparkle in his eyes and a heart of gold.  His presence on this Earth is deeply felt by all those who knew him.
