Stephen Robert Davis was Born on May 20, 1947 – October 10,2018 to Jefferson and Ruth Davis in Arkansas.  He Joined the IBEW in November of 1994 and was a Journeyman Wireman until his Retirement on June 14, 2012.  Celebration of Life will be October 21, 2018  at 1pm at the IBEW Union Hall 2150 Naegele Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80904.
