Phyllis D. Rivera

Born June 29, 1941, in Trinidad, Colorado.
Departed this life on April 1, 2025, surrounded by her loving family, now basking in God’s eternal loving presence, filling her heart with peace and joy.

Preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert and Tomasita Gallegos; son, Robbie Rivera; grandchildren, Natasha Garcia Rael, Sierra Garcia, David Rivera, Cesario Saucedo, and Ollie Saucedo; and siblings, Gene, Irene, Gilbert Jr., Danny, Sarah, and the late Florence Santos.

Her remarkable legacy of unwavering love, cherished memories, devotion to God, and a family eternally grateful for her presence inspires future generations.

Children: Tammera Bravo, Louis (Lisa) Saucedo, Dina Saucedo, David Rivera, and Jason Rivera.
Grandchildren: Tony Fritz, Tianna Fritz, Desiraee Garcia, Eli Bravo, Trevor Aldridge, Louis Jr. (Katie) Saucedo, Marisol Saucedo, Perfecto (Lishay) Saucedo, Flavio Saucedo, Martinique (Jordan) Saucedo, Benito Rivera, Natalie Rivera, Madalyn Rivera, Jason (Katie) Rivera, Jenesis Rivera, and Raelynn Rivera.
Great-grandchildren: Destiny and Jeremiah Garcia, Michael, Zaylee, Alessandro, Layla, Sonnah, Zayden, Jayliana, Acesario, Ella Saucedo, Luke (Jasmine) Rael, Leland and Liam Martinez, Mila Luna, and Jeremiah Rivera Churchfield.
Great-great-granddaughter: Kaylina Rael.
Siblings: Joseph Gallegos, Christine (Joe) Flores, sister-in-law Dolores Gallegos, and brother-in-law Tom Santos.

Numerous nieces and nephews were blessed by her unconditional love.

Heartfelt gratitude to the Chateau, Skilled Nursing Care Center at Sharmar Village, Dr. Knutson, Innovage Palliative care team, and Visiting Angels. Their extraordinary love and care will forever be cherished memories.

Celebration of life is Friday, May 23rd, 2025 @ 2:00PM, at Family Worship Center in Pueblo, Colorado.
