Sue Ann Pena 1966-2024.  

Sue Ann Johnson Pena, 58 of Colorado Springs, CO died on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at home, while under the care of hospice, surrounded by her family.   
Sue was born in 1966 in Bedford, PA to Richard Marvin & Gladys Mae Weible Johnson. Sue was raised by foster parents Marshall & Nieves Seaman of Bedford, PA. She was a graduate of Chestnut Ridge High School of 1984 and served in the United States Army for 4 years being stationed in Fort Jackson, SC and Fort Devens, MA. After relocating to Colorado, Sue has spent over 25 years volunteering and working in the Widefield School District #3. She touched countless lives as a special education teachers aide and more recently working as a nutrition aide.   
Sue is survived by her children, Salomon and Danielle, at home, and her granddaughter, Edurne who was her entire world. She is also survived by her aunt Betty from Sebring, FL and siblings, Amy from Berkeley Springs, WV, Tammie from Fayetteville,NC, Angelina from Bridgeton, NJ, Santos from Altoona, PA, and Placido from Vineland, NJ. 
A celebration of Sue’s life will be held on a later date.
