Gary S. Welsh of Pueblo Colorado, formerly of York Pennsylvania, passed away on June 17, 2024. Gary was born in El Paso, Texas on October 25, 1958. He was born to Richard Welsh and Verne Welsh (Alexander). He and his siblings, Richard Jr. and Jeanine lived in El Paso until they moved to Green Bay, WI in 1973. Gary graduated from Ashwaubenon High School in 1976. He continued his education at Metropolitan State College in Denver. In 1982 Gary graduated with a double major in both finance and accounting.

Gary was working at King Soopers in 1982 when he met Christy Bohe. They were later wed and had 2 daughters, Kelly and Katie. After divorcing, he moved to Harrisburg Pennsylvania in 1990. Gary went on to marry Elmira Beam in 1992. He would go on to spend many years in York. He took pride in being self-employed, running his bread route. In 2014, Gary returned to Colorado, settling in Pueblo until his passing.

Gary is survived by his daughters, Kelly Blanchard (Eric), and Katie Welsh, brother Richard Welsh Jr, sister Jeanine Fisher (Dan), and grandchildren Paisley, Korbin, Nash, Wyatt, and Kambrie. He was also close with many of his cousins and extended family. He is preceded in death by his father Richard Sr and mother Verne. No services will be held, and per his wishes, Gary will be cremated.
