It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Katrina Lynn Robinson on June 11, 2024.

Katrina was born in Wichita Falls, Texas, December 21, 1946 to Jessie Frankie Bratton. She graduated from Midwestern University, where she met the love of her life, Donald W Robinson. Katrina and Donald married in 1970 and soon after relocated to Colorado Springs, Colorado. Katrina worked as a teacher and coach at Peyton High School in Peyton, Colorado. After a few years, she became the school principal where she touched many students and families lives as an educator. 

Katrina loved to golf and play fantasy football she was a diehard Cowboys fan, even though her son-in-law tried to get her to root the Patriots instead. Katrina’s greatest loves were her grandkids and grand-dogs, which included her best friend and granddaughter, Kaylynn. 

Katrina was proceeded in death by her husband, Donald, daughter, Donna, and mother, Jessie Frankie Bratton.

Katrina Is survived by her daughter, Debbie (David Alford), grandchildren, Kaylynn Roddey and Aaron Alford (Katelynn), great granddaughter, Sophia Alford, brother-in-law, Gary Robinson and nephew, Jeff Robinson.

A celebration of life will take place at 2 PM Friday, July 5, 2024 at Alternative Cremations and Funeral Service, 2377 N. Academy Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80909. A reception will follow.
