Richard “Rick” Neal Baxter, 75 of Rush, CO passed away on May 15th, 2024.

Rick was born in Ottawa, KS in 1948 to Neal and Lois (Lister) Baxter. Rick moved to Colorado in 1978. He later moved to Grand Junction and Arizona, but eventually retired back here in Colorado. He worked for many years at TRW and Northrop Grumman. His passions were his bible studies, amateur radio, hunting, benchrest shooting competitions, gardening, cooking, and cars.

Rick was preceded in death by father Neal Baxter and mother Lois Baxter and brother Jim Baxter (Ann). He is survived by his sister Marsha Dressel, daughters Emily Hawkins (Joe) and Megan Baron (Kevin) and grandchildren Natalie Baron, Kinsey Wysocki, Isabella Hawkins, and Joey Hawkins.

He was a loving Father and Grandfather and will be truly missed.
