Tiffany Rae Arends (44) left our mortal plane on January 4, 2024. She was born in Mankato, MN on July 23, 1979, to John and Judith Arends. In 1984, the family moved to Colorado Springs. 

Tiffany attended the University of Phoenix, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She went on to pursue a career in the retirement sector of the financial industry where she excelled in the role of a business analyst and project manager. She was a dedicated and loyal worker, and always passionate about producing positive results for the companies that she worked for. 

She was preceded in death by her father, John Charles Arends and sister, Gretchen Faye Arends.  

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Justin Kanop, daughter, Vanessa Marie Arends-Ayala, mother, Judith Arends, sister, Heather Kunce (Dave), and nieces, Haley Kunce and Sierra Thomas. She will truly be missed by numerous extended families. 

Tiffany enjoyed life to the fullest. Her love for music, concerts, and extensive travel defined her exuberant character. She had a contagious smile and could light up the room with her radiant aura. Always a fierce friend and courageous companion, Tiffany was continually transparent with others and shared her heartfelt emotions with genuine generosity. All who were fortunate enough to have crossed her path, will forever be blessed.
