Jason Charles McMullen, born on May 7, 1978, in Colorado Springs, CO, departed this world on November 26, 2023. Surrounded by the love of his family, Jason leaves behind a legacy of resilience, laughter, and cherished memories.
Jason is survived by his beloved daughter, Mackenzie McMullen, and his parents, Deborah Schneider and Patrick McMullen. He is also survived by his step-mother, Karin McMullen, and siblings Shawn McMullen, Jennifer Clark, Thomas Schneider, Jackie Barr, Michael Jacober, Daniel Jacober, Andy Jacober, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
A graduate of Highland High School, Jason was a dedicated and hardworking individual. For many years, he served as a driver for Clean uniform and later worked in various roles, culminating in his last position in bridge construction.
Known for his love of life and sports, Jason enjoyed attending races and spending time playing golf and pool. A die-hard Broncos fan, his enthusiasm for the team was infectious, and he shared many memorable moments cheering on his favorite team with family and friends.
Jason lived life on his terms, facing challenges head-on with determination and courage. Despite the struggles he may have faced, he possessed a kind and generous heart, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he encountered. His dedication to family, particularly his cherished daughter Mackenzie, defined his purpose, and his love for her was unwavering.
He will be fondly remembered for the joy he brought to family gatherings, often engaging in banter with his three step-brothers, creating a bond that will be cherished forever. Jason had a zest for life and a magnetic personality that drew people to him. His best friend and steadfast supporter, Dominic Cricelli, shared countless adventures and good times that will forever be etched in the hearts of those who witnessed their brotherlike bond.In honoring Jason’s memory, let us celebrate the vibrant spirit that he brought into our lives.
