Donald L Moore

Born in Corning NJ to Farnham (Pete) Moore and Virgina Moore. 

He attended Horseheads High School in Horseheads, NY. His father drove the school bus for the school district so he could never skip school or his father would know. A couple years after high school Don joined the Navy and served from 1973 to 1979. After his service in the military he became a volunteer firefighter for 10 years in Big Flats, NY. He then moved to FL and was a volunteer fire firefighter for another 10 years in Sneads FL. He then moved to CO to be with and marry his love Patricia. 

He is survived by his loving wife Patricia Moore, step-sons Dustin and Brandon Mann, his pride and joy grandson Taylor Mann. brother Ronald Moore, sister in law Kathy, sister Edna, brother in law David, sister in law Linda, brother in law Daniel, nephew Michael, and niece Kayla. 

He is preceded in death by his parents Pete and Virginia Moore, Father in law Jackie Lee Anderson, mother in law Sandra Anderson, brother Merle Moore, and sister Barbara Moore. 

Don was an amazing Husband, Father, and Papa. He may be gone from this earth but he is forever in our hearts.

Funeral will be held at Pikes Peak National Cemetery at 11 am August 14th 2023
