Charles Randall (Papaw) Carter, 82 of Pueblo Colorado, passed July 7th 2023.

Charles was born June 2nd 1941 in Carter Branch Kentucky to Charles and Irene Carter. 

He was a regional distributor for Rainbow Vacuum for 50 years then made a career change to Bail bondsman and enjoyed working that career for 10 years before retiring.  In 1960 he met his wife Virginia at a local dance show, and were married for 63 years.  He is survived by his wife Virginia, his sons Randy and Mike Carter and daughter Barbara (Randy) Cates.  He is also survived by 8  grand children and numerous great grand children.  He is proceeded in death by his son Dan and Grandson Danny.   At the request of  Charles there will be no services
