Angel Negron-Rios, age 65, passed away peacefully on June 27th, 2023, in his home with his family.  Angel was born in New York to parents Juan Negron and Carmen Rios.  Angel is survived by his wife Josephine, daughter Yvonne, Son Juan, and daughter Jessica and five grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Angelo was a backbone for many, a kind generous man that always provided a safe warm welcome for friends and family throughout his life.  He was a loving husband, father, honorable soldier, and respected mail carrier.  As many of you know, Angelo was the Denver Broncos number ONE fan and on game days could be seen decked out in orange/blue while displaying his 10 ft tall blow up!  One could regularly find Angelo enjoying the simple things in life such as watering his meticulously cut lawn, enjoying a beer in front of the fireplace, or reading up on his unique coin collection.

He served and retired honorably not only for the ARMY for 20 years but the post office as well.  Angelo was a hard worker that always took care of his family and will be dearly missed.

A Veteran’s Memorial Service with honors will be held on 21 July 2023 at the Pikes Peak National Cemetery at 2:00pm.
