Deanna (Bachicha) Swierzbinski of Colorado Springs, Colorado lost her courageous four-year battle to cancer on May 22, 2023. She was born in Pueblo, Colorado on October 22, 1964 to the union of J.R. and Jenny Bachicha who preceded her in death, as well as her sister, Dorrie Bachicha. She is survived by her husband of twenty years, Chris Swierzbinski, her brother, Robert Bachicha, nephews and niece Marc (Dimi) Bachicha, James (Amanda) Wallace, Amanda (Taylor) Haney, Ryan Bachicha, and Isaiah Bachicha; great nephews and nieces Rhyli Bachicha, Lyedan Bachicha, Atlas Wallace, Eva Wallace and Townes Haney. She was extremely loved by numerous other family members and friends, too many to name. Deanna earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Orthopedic Medicine while living in San Diego, California. Deanna then made a career change to become the Director of Sales and Marketing for Hilton and Marriott Hotels where she enjoyed her time for over thirty years. Deanna had a beautiful and infectious smile. She was also a very optimistic person with a zest and love for life. Deanna will be sadly missed by all family and friends.  Per Deanna’s request, there will be no service, and cremation has taken place. Online condolences accepted through Alternative Cremation.
