Cherishing the Memory of Wade Hochstedler

Wade Hochstedler, loving Brother, Uncle & Friend left his world of pain behind on May 4, 2023.

Wade Charles Hochstedler was born April 11 th , 1963, in St. Joseph, MO to Arthur and Roberta (Imboden)

Hochstedler. Wade spent his early years in St. Joseph before the family moved to Topeka, KS. Wade

attended Topeka West High School and he graduated with the Class of 1981.

Wade spent part of his adult life in McAlester, OK as well as Denver, CO, eventually settling in Colorado

Springs, CO in 1999.

Wade was a raving sports fan, most notably of the Kansas City Chiefs and Mizzou football teams. He

rarely missed an opportunity to watch those games and discuss them with his brothers.

Wade spent the last 15 years working at Walmart in Colorado Springs and developed strong and special

relationships with many of his colleagues.

Wade had a huge heart, great smile, wicked sense of humor, excellent laugh, big sweet tooth and always

put others before himself.  He would take care of anyone that needed it, to the best of his ability.

Wade was preceded in death by his Father- Arthur, Mother-Roberta “Bobbi” and Sister-Robbi.

Left to cherish his memory are his twin brother, Brick Hochstedler (Dana)-Brainerd, MN, Stan

Hochstedler (Bonnie)-Denver, CO, Niece-Lindsey Hochstedler and Denis Bayly-Noel, MO and Nephew

Dylan Hochstedler-Honolulu, HI-who all loved him very much and will continue to honor his memory.
