Patricia (Penny) Pennington Butler (Lowrie)

April 27, 1941 – February 25, 2023

Patricia (Penny) Pennington Butler (Lowrie) a devoted wife and beloved mother, grandmother and great- grandmother passed away peacefully into the hands of our Lord and Savior on February 25, 2023.

She was 81 years old, born on April 27, 1941 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Merle and Alma Lowrie. She married James E. Butler in 1959. They raised three children Karen Derry, Donna Price and James Butler Jr. (Deceased).   They have 5 grandchildren, Corey Patz, Brandon Patz, Sarah, Emily and Caleb Butler and 2 great- grandchildren Charlie Patz and Rosalie Patz who were so precious to her and she loved with all of her heart. 

Patricia work in the semi-conductor industry and was a foster parent to many foster children, which she loved and enjoyed the time she had with each of them. She was an animal lover, they brought so much joy and happiness to her throughout her life.

Patricia proudly attended every game and events of her children and grandchildren. They brought so much joy and happiness to her life, they were her world. She was the most amazing mother and grandmother. 

Patricia was very close to her family, parents, and siblings. Family was very important to her. She was preceded in death by her son; James (Jimbo) Butler Jr (2013) her parents; Merle and Alma Lowrie and 1 sister; Donna Stewart and 2 brothers; Merle (Jay) Lowrie and Ed Lowrie.

Patricia had the Lord in her life and entered heaven with the peace of knowing that the Lord was her Savior.
