We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our sweet wife, mother and grandma Carolyn Sue Zentz of Colorado Springs, Colorado.  She died at age of 75 on November 21, 2022.  Carolyn passed away surrounded by her beloved family after a battle of ovarian cancer.

She was born to John and Margaret Hrinek on February 23, 1947, in Leadville, Colorado.  She was the oldest of 4 children and moved to Colorado Springs, CO at age 10.  Carolyn met the love of her life, her best friend, and her soul mate Randy Zentz at age 16. They were soon married at 18.  They started a family right away and had two daughters and four grandchildren.   Lori (Vince, Hannah, Hayden (Kylie) Dina) and Cindy (Kevin, Hope and Gracy Callan). 

Carolyn was her happiest when she was surrounded by family.  Family was everything to her.  Her children and grandchildren were the light of her life.  She was an amazing wife, mother and grandma.  Her big smile and huge heart will be greatly missed. Life will never be the same.  She is in no more pain and has no more suffering.  She is resting in peace.  We love you sweet precious Momma!

Services will be held on Friday December 9th, 2022, at Divine Redeemer Catholic Church, 927 N. Logan Ave. Colorado Springs, CO  80909.  Rosary will be at 10:00 am, Service at 10:30 am.  Reception immediately after mass downstairs of church.
