Jeremiah fought a long hard battle with type 1 diabetes since the age of 14. He was hopeful of having a kidney transplant after having to start dialysis in April 2017. Between the diabetes and collateral damage, his body and brain couldn’t do it anymore.Jeremiah passed away at St. Francis Medical Center Thursday March 31, 2022. He was born in Joliet Illinois on June 25, 1983. He moved to Colorado Springs in 1989, and Peyton in 1993. He graduated from Peyton High School in 2001. Jeremiah played roller hockey. He climbed rocks, learning in a gym and climbing in Garden of the Gods. His favorite ice hockey team is Tampa Bay Lightning and was thrilled when they won the Stanley Cup. He followed his dad into the countertop world even living a year in Florida building countertops. He has left a hole in many hearts on earth. He is healed in Heaven.
Jeremiah is survived by his dad, Mike, mom Linda and brother Darwin, 2 grandmas, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins and his cat Rocket.
