Tygh Loren Porak

Tygh Loren Porak of Denver Colorado, awoke in Heaven on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at
the age of 65.
Tygh Loren Porak was born September 22, 1956 to Loren and Mary Lou Porak in Denver,
Colorado. He passed away January 12, 2022 in his home in Denver.
Tygh is predeceased by his father, Loren Lacleade Porak, his brother Troy, and his wife Kathy.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Lou Porak of Colorado Springs, sister Laura Dimberio of
Manitou Springs, sister Kami Ona Chase of Milliken, CO., and his daughter, Kayla of San
Antonio, TX.
Tygh graduated from Denver University in 1978 with a degree in computer science. He was a
hard working entrepreneur in the profession of C.A.D. consultant, a pioneer in computer
programming and design. His self-employment business opportunities took him to numerous
locations nationally including N.Y.C., PA., OH., MN. and throughout Colorado.
Tygh LOVED the mountains and four wheeling, skiing, and golfing. His other hobbies included
model trains and train rides, taking photographs, collecting cameras and thrift store shopping.
He loved spending time with family and friends.
Tygh had a love for music: he played the saxophone, piano, and the guitar. He had a great
appreciation for all genres of music, especially rock and roll. Tygh was an avid Broncos fan,
holding season tickets for decades.
Tygh was a very generous man and he had a super friendly and gregarious personality. He was
deeply loved by many and will forever be missed.
Tygh’s Celebration of Life will be held at a later date likely in Colorado Springs.
