Morris Krinsky passed away September 14th in Colorado Springs. He was born in Brooklyn, NY on Jan 21, 1930 and raised in Paterson, NJ. He joined the Air Force when it was created in 1947 and then joined the Navy in 1953. He married Anna Zenga of Naples, Italy in December, 1957. He retired from the Navy in 1968, went to college on the GI bill, and then worked for the VA from 1971 to 1976. His last 20 years of work was as the co-owner, with Charles Strebel of the Security Book Exchange in Security, and then as sole owner of Pikes Peak Books and Comics in Colorado Springs. He is survived by his wife Anna, sons Charles and Jeffrey Krinsky, grandchildren Joshua Krinsky, Aliza Asocar, Natasha Krinsky, Alexandra Popolizio, and great grandchildren Gabriel and Mae Asocar. Morris had a warm, kind, and generous spirit and is greatly missed.
