Judith Joan (Crawford) Smith, 78, entered eternal life on October 31, 2019. She passed peacefully, surrounded by her family. Judy was born on June 26, 1941 to Lloyd E. and Laura E. (Dickey) Crawford in New Castle, Pennsylvania. Judy, known to most as Grandma Boo, was a long-time resident of Colorado Springs. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Robert L. Crawford, and son Gary D. Kraetz. Judy is survived by her loving daughters Debi (David) Fontaine of Colorado Springs, Tonya Marie (Kelly Davis) Cordova of Thorton; her brother John (Sue) Dickey of Grand Prairie, TX; Grandchildren Tonya (Jason Schaefer) Kurtz, Ron (Rachael) Shelly, Kami (Cody) Finn all of Colorado Springs, Joseph Stika, Meriah Cordova of Denver, and Great Grandchildren Cody Groff and Lane Peterson. The only thing Judy loved more than her animals, was her family. Her life will be celebrated with an Open House at her home (7984 Pinfeather Dr. Fountain, CO 80817) on Saturday November 9, 2019 from 4pm to 8pm. Please bring your fondest memories. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in her honor to the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region
