Nadine was known as, mother to few, mom to many. She has always been the rock of the family and her home was open to all, welcomed with good conversations and coffee! She was a working mother and grandmother until her retirement. She worked for McDonalds near her home in Saginaw from 2007-2011, 1996 to 2007 at Delphi Steering Systems where she worked the night shift as a production operator. Previously she was a school bus driver for the Buena Vista School District from 1982-1996.
Since retiring Nadine has enjoyed being an active and loving grandparent to her 13 grandchildren. Always known as the big Sister, she was always there to lend an ear, a home to stay in, or whatever they needed. As a mother she always wanted the best for her children and was very proud of the people they have become. Never a doubt that she loved her family. Friends of Nadine can testify that she was always there to be a friend, lend an ear, give her opinion whether you asked for it or not. Any friend of her family or friends was Nadine’s friend.
Nadine had a huge impact on peoples lives, from her sisters, children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews, cousins, and countless friends. Her unconditional love was unmatched and will be a measure which we will all try to emulate in our lives. Of all her accomplishments, being a mom and grandma..AKA Honey, was one that was dearest to her heart. She wanted for nothing, family and friends were everything, misunderstood by few….your fault for not asking her direct because that’s how she was. Everyone that knew her had much love and respect for her, and if you didn’t you would have only yourself to blame because she gave you the benefit of the doubt always.
Rest easy Mom, for now you will take your place in Heaven besides your sisters, parents and the many loved family and friends who have passed. Love you Always, Forget you NEVER!
