1954 ~ 2018
Rosemarie Evawn Trenhaile, 64, died December 14, 2018 at her home in Colorado Springs, CO. Evawn was born August 10, 1954 and was predeceased by her parents Esther Marie and Lawrence E. Holden, and a brother, Phillip Taylor.
Evawn could accomplish anything to which she set her mind. At a very early age, she went into healthcare in order to care for those with health needs. Evawn traveled extensively and spent many years in North Idaho where she enjoyed the colors of fall, fishing with her niece, Sheryl, who she considered her daughter. She loved camping with friends and finding special treasures at thrift shops.
Evawns’s laugh was contagious and always uplifting; she lived her life with an open heart and great kindness to others. Evawn chose to start each day with a happy, welcoming smile.
Evawn Trenhaile is survived by her nephew Mr. Ben Taylor (Colorado), daughter Sheryl Trenhaile (Idaho), granddaughter Emerald Amy (Idaho), grandson Michael Dunham (Idaho), and best friend Mary De Shong (Colorado). The family also wants to give a special thanks to Evawn’s amazing nurse, Judy Simmons, from Interim Healthcare. Judy, you are very appreciated for the care you provided. Thank you Mary and Judy for taking care of our beautiful lady Evawn.
May she rest in peace and shine with the Angels in Heaven.
At her request, no service will be held.
