Roslyn Mae (Scott) McLain died at home in Colorado Springs on September 24, 2018. She was born August 16, 1934. She is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, James McLain; parents and 6 siblings. She is survived by her sister, Marilyn (Scott) Westlake, two daughters Elizabeth (Betsy) McLain and Rebecca (Becky) McLain, two grandchildren, Michelle Spicer and Travis McLain as well as two great grandchildren, Adam and Megan.

Roslyn loved to read, garden, bird watch and spend time with family. Although she didn’t attend the Methodist Church regularly, she was certain in her beliefs and communed with God in her own way.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her name, can be made to the Shriners hospitals for children,

A memorial service is being planned for a later date.
