1955 ~ 2018

An Angel flew home today. Dagmar Hanalore Lamberth, of Colorado Springs, Colorado was born on December 4, 1955 in Frankfurt, West Germany, to the late Eva Gries and the late Ludwig Schweinhardt. Also known as Dags, she came to the United States in 1982 as a Military Wife. Dagmar passed away at age 63 on July 26, 2018 at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Dagmar was the beloved ex-wife of the late Wellington Lamberth whom she truly adored. She is survived by her sons; James Jason Lamberth and Jeremy Alexander Lamberth; Daughter, Melanie Schweinhardt; Sister, Petra Schweinhardt; Grandchildren, Dominique Jodeci Schweinhardt, Andre Marquise McFail, Jamal Demetrius Walker, Neveah Netoria McClain, Kaden James Lamberth, and Kyle Taylor Wright; and great-grandchild, Atticus Orion McFail. Dags worked for many years as a caretaker at Winslow Court before falling ill.  She was loved by many including her son’s wife Karen Lamberth and Caretaker Maureen Arnold. She had a passion for arts & crafts, movies, shopping, singing, and family. Dagmar will be truly missed. The family will be hold a quiet memorial service at home on Sunday July 29th, 2018 with close friends and family, followed by a private viewing at Alternative Cremation on Tuesday July 31st, 2018.
